From the minute I called until the minute the move was done, I was 100% satisfied. It was a fast move because another company left us hanging. Zach and Austin showed up on time, professional, and busted butt to get the job done. Highly recommended these young men. Handled with care, never took a break, and were polite and respectful, always keeping us (the customer) front of mind. These guys need a raise. They were awesome! Thanks fellas. Shedeur finally got drafted too!
Great experience with Gouffon! Moved us out of our home and stored our furniture for 8 months while our new home was under construction. Everything arrived on move in day in perfect condition! Our move in crew (Connor, Brett, Jeremy and Michael) were polite, professional and hard workers! Highly recommend!
Read the fine print before booking!! They broke a floor lamp in their truck. Worker admitted fault, but customer service said it was mine because I didn’t “pack it”. If they weren’t going to wrap it, I would have put it in my truck. They offered me $50 for it. They cracked and chipped a Pottery Barn concrete coffee table and wanted to give me $50 and said it should have been crated. They also bent a pole in my foosball table that I found much later. Did 2 moves in 1 week. The first move (4/7) went ok but the movers seemed to lose interest, took a smoke break during a 2 hour move which seemed odd. The second (4/11) move was great! Michael and Keanu were engaging, hard working and never wavered in their focus to give us a great moving experience
