Overall: The staff are extremely friendly. Erin is great at Check in and Jessica is the best. Lauren is great too and she takes the time to listen & she follows up. I actually preferred to see her over Dr. Cooley because she has more time to help you & explain things. Dr. Cooley is sweet overall but she has too many patients. The wait time is extremely long.
