Your new system Trinity is NOt user friendly. I understand that it is a learning curve this system . When you went to this new system, all my medicines did not transfer over. I cannot send a message to my PA over at Marjorie Weinberg Cancer Center. This is disgusting a multi billion dollar company like you guys can’t get a good enough system. I’m very dissatisfied very unhappy, and I’m getting very nervous that I cannot contact my PA. Please try and get this rectified as soon as Thank you
My husband has been at this hospital for 3 different procedures in the past 6 mos.and has had only good experiences with the staff there. This hospital has only been good and kind to the family and their loved one having a tough surgery.
Terrible. If you have to get stitches at this place you’re better off just going to an immediate care or doing it yourself.

My 72 year old brother was taken by ambulance to Loyola Gottlieb Hospital, the closest hospital, because his feeding tube was blocked. My brother had esophageal cancer surgery at Northwestern and that is why he currently has a feeding tube. He also can't walk. While at Gottlieb, my brother was without liquid nourishment for 4 days because Gottlieb didn't have a feeding tube in stock (The person in charge of supplies should be fired, in my opinion.).
