I am giving only 1 because there is no 0. I had to return to ER after one week I was here for my health problem and I was shocked when I had exam in a bathroom. When they took me inside the E R I was told that they don’t have room for me and I have to stay on a hallway, that’s ok for something you don’t have to uncover your self from waist to down when strangers walking to rooms and looking on you, so the person who came to see me, took me to the bathroom, dirty bathroom, when with problem I had wasn’t right for me. I have been in numerous regional hospitals. And this place is the g.o.a.t. I have had the best of the care. Today was a colonscopy and there were issues due to golihght not working properly. They were accommodating until the procedure could be done. I was still using the restroom as I waited on the procedure. All of the nurses that took care of me were patient, caring and friendly. I have very mixed feelings. My partner was discharged, perhaps a bit early but that's how things work in healthcare in 2025, I get it. We ended up back at the ER less than 24 hours after discharge because he spiked a fever and here we sit. 3 hours in the waiting room and all I get is we're very busy. I give a 2 because of the good care he got on 5 south last week; ER gets a ZERO 😞
