I got every single question I had answered during my visit. They gave me so much information that I feel like an expert on my condition! They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision
