If you’re using Legal Aid don’t even bother calling this Law firm. I called them with an urgent matter regarding my child, I rushed to get the legal aid certificate, they took my certificate number and said they needed to check it because different certificates cover different things. Didn’t hear back for a week so I called back and the secretary said I had been assigned to a lawyer and he would call me soon. Well it’s been about 3 months and nothing.
