Gottier has been servicing my home for almost 15 years now and they've done a great job whether it's small leaks or a full new conversion from tankless coil water heating to a brand new water heater installation. Their techs are always knowledgeable and courteous and I'd say mostly fair pricing. Gottier Plumbing & Heating is a rarity among the service trades: they respond promptly to calls; the workers show up on time; the workers are focused & meticulous & polite too! I think Jake & Mateo actually enjoy diagnosing & solving plumbing problems. They have been outstanding. We bought an older home that had multiple plumbing issues, & we're so grateful to be in the good hands of Gottier to get it all up & running well.
Rip off!!! Installed a laundry valve that costs $40 at Home Depot. Charged $548, of which $89 was a “dispatch fee”. Don’t they have to “dispatch” to get to my house and stay in business???? If I wanted 2 new hoses installed ($20 at Home Depot), it would have been another $126!!!! Their “unit pricing” is outrageously expensive!!!!! Rip off!!!!!! Stay away!!!!!!
Response to a late Friday call resulted in a Monday morning appointment for a cracked toilet. In one hour Jake and Mateo had two old toilets pulled and replaced. They were careful and clean. I wish all vendors took such personal care with booties over their shoes , etc. I could not be happier! I’m a 50 year Gottier customer and will only use Gottier! Ever!
