Hayden for the five forks location at Gotta run made my experience their great. He made buying shoes easy, fun, and cheap. He analyzed my foot and was very laid back and nice. He made buying shoes for the first time awesome.
Great experience and was assisted by Hayden who was extremely knowledgable in getting my wife some new running shoes. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Michael helped me find a shoe with the right stability and cushion. I am just getting in to running so it was nice to have someone explain the brand and style differences.
This store is good. I came here two different times for trainers and racing shoes, Quinn (I think that is his name) really knows his stuff when it comes to shoes. The selection is a bit lacking but I found what I wanted anyway. I like the more personal feel of the place and this will be where I buy all my running shoes for the near future. I have only had good experiences here. 👍
