They cleaned my system in October and shortly after (Thanksgiving week) the system stopped working and we had no heat or hot water with a house full of company. Called them repeatedly and sent text messages to which no one ever responded to. Called another company to come out and come to find out the issue we were having was due to Gotshall not putting a filter cap back on properly allowing wind driven air to get into the lines.
