Paz from GoTo was on time and despite not being familiar with our particular Nectre smart gas log Wonderfire, was quickly able to follow the maker's instructions I had on hand to identify and fix the problem. Paz was professional and courteous and a credit to his employer.

Goto is the best business I’ve ever dealt with. Adele responded so quickly and kindly to every email. And Tom is a superstar expert who repaired a very complex gas system that no one else could fix. He was so calm and patient with it. He then talked me through how it all works. Before goto came out, I’d lost hope, but Tom never did and he nailed it. What a champion. Thank you

Having a 150 year old house any tradie work undertaken always comes with unknowns and surprises. Go to plumbing attended to quote on 4 jobs quickly and provided very detailed quote. Went ahead with the quotes, with Axel and Riley on deck the following week. They encountered issues and surprises due to age of the house and complexity previous plumbing work, all worked through with transparency. Neither made it a big deal just things to work through.
