I arrived there was no one at the front desk. When someone finally did get the receptionist she just told me to sign in and take a seat. Then she proceeded to walk away to talk to co workers and on the phone to her partner. After another patient arrived she was quickly taken care of. After another hour of waiting I asked her if I should have new patient paperwork. Only then did she ask for my ID and insurance.
