I was more than satisfied when my furniture arrived – I just received my order, and because of all the terrible reviews I came close to canceling my order and was skeptic until the furniture arrived. Being a meticulous critic I looked at every inch and I was more than satisfied.

I was looking for some furniture that I didn't have to assemble myself, and I felt like Gothic would be one step above Ikea. I spent a fair amount of time looking at their catalog and website before going to the store so I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for before I even stepped in the door. Gothic kept their word – I recently purchased a fold-away table and chair set; it was delivered on a Monday but was damaged (I didn't notice until after the delivery men had left). Gothic assured me they would replace the item a few days later; on Saturday they delivered another set which I inspected while the delivery man waited. He was very nice and when I mentioned concern about improperly installed screws, he replaced them.

Very positive. During the ordering process questions were answered accurately and quickly. The cabinets arrived when promised, they were packed extremely well. We are very pleased with the cabinets - great value!

They have a great design center – Gothic has come a long way but something peopel dont know is they also do custom work. We had our kitchen done and a bathroom cabinet to fit. We had a more traditional look in mind and the pc. came out fab. They also have a great design center in westchester.

Everything was assembled in 10 minutes – Really helpful sales people, and all of my furniture was delivered in 2 weeks. A team of delivery men came and assembled everything in about 10 minutes. Really great quality stuff, for not that much more than Ikea.
