I didn't order in the store, I ordered on-line. I ordered an extra long twin, and though it mentions possibly not being able to get some beds in the room, I didn't think it pertained to me -- well, it did. I called your 800 number, was given my options, and am now having the bed cut. It cost me more, but it was my mistake, and I was very thankful not to hear "Oh well, you'll just have to order another one then, and find someone to take the first one." Great service; this is my second time ordering from Gothic Cabinet and I have always been overly satisfied with the product and the service.
Good Quality Furniture – The cabinets arrived as expected, when expected. The quality was good - the finish was darker than depicted on the website. But the construction was solid, and overall I'm happy with them.
They went beyond the usual! – Pickup went smoothly; spent some time looking for the record, but once it was established that I had ordered & paid online, the staff worked to get me out with my headboard. The worker who helped me pack it into the truck went beyond the usual!
