I have dealt with Gothic many times and I have always been very satisfied. Their furniture is great sturdy wood. You pick your style then pick the finish. Each piece is made to order. Once they sent me the wrong finish and they took it back without complaint and exchanged it.
No Craft! – I wasted two days off work to see this bed delivered in two parts stained in different color - none matching each other or matching my original request for Teak. There was a huge scratch on the brand new surface. There were no pads on the bottom of a rather hard rough wood surface. It is guaranteed to scratch any polished floor and certainly would not be easy to move around. And yes they took it back but insist on bringing me another poorly made bed!
