Really helpful sales people, and all of my furniture was delivered in 2 weeks. A team of delivery men came and assembled everything in about 10 minutes. Really great quality stuff, for not that much more than Ikea.

They manage to have enough examples to give you a sense of what you are going to end up with, and the service is competent. The man who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable, and got it done.

I recently purchased a fold-away table and chair set; it was delivered on a Monday but was damaged (I didn't notice until after the delivery men had left). Gothic assured me they would replace the item a few days later; on Saturday they delivered another set which I inspected while the delivery man waited. He was very nice and when I mentioned concern about improperly installed screws, he replaced them.

I just received my order, and because of all the terrible reviews I came close to canceling my order and was skeptic until the furniture arrived. Being a meticulous critic I looked at every inch and I was more than satisfied.

I needed a bed, I needed it fast and I didn't have a lot of $$. I'd seen ads for GCC and as it was so close to me, I headed over. They were so nice and hooked me right up with a great bed & mattress at a price I could afford. They delivered on time, set up the bed & mattress and took the packaging with them. I'm a happy sleeper now.
