I contacted Ron for notary services. The appt was set up and when I called him to confirm he said he couldn’t do it anymore. I would have been ok with it but the fact he didn’t even have the courtesy to call me ahead of time. Because of that I missed the hours of operation of other places that offer notary services. Poor customer service. I don’t recommend him at all.

I was moving out of state and needed to sell my apartment fast. After reading positive reviews, I went with Gotham West Realty to list my apartment. At the time, they were running a special, which included a $250 signing bonus and $250 moving bonus. Ten days after I left New York, I received a call from Ron that he had a potential buyer. Three months later, I was able to close and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Gotham West and would use them again if I ever move back to NYC/Kew Gardens.
