I've been living here for 2 years, it is the nicest building I have ever seen in NY. Nice, quiet and safe location but still close to restaurants and bars, has the best rooftop in NY, super friendly staff and leasing office.
Great food, service & variety. Everyone was friendly, helpful with food recommendations.
Great amenities, quiet neighborhood (and I'm on a 2nd floor), close to bars/clubs/restaurants in HK, close to the river which is great for running, overall love it.
