This property mgt company makes irrational policies limiting the rights of homeowners. They treat private home property owners like a condo complex with restrictions that make life difficult. When inquiring about policies they get defensive and rude knowing that their policies are nonsense and are taking away the rights of the homeowners. Example, you are responsible for all expenses and needs of your driveway, but you are not allowed to have a family member or friend visiting park in that same driveway. Thats just an exa... read more
A very unprofessional management who does nothing to address issues within the development. I would give a zero if I could . I do not recommend Gotham at all.
