Booked online for the meet and greet at the airport, secured with credit card. Get to the airport, no one there... Call the number, give my confirmation code and get " I'm sorry sir we don't have any cars available for you". Good news is I got to my hotel with another service for literally half the price gotham quoted me. Very disappointed in quality of services.
