These people suck they sit right there and never answer phone like pick a different job if u don’t wanna be there
This is by far the most disorganized and unprofessional health center I’ve ever visited in Brooklyn. The front desk and medical staff constantly pass blame back and forth, showing zero accountability or teamwork. Even worse, I saw an assistant openly cough in a patient’s face without wearing a mask — a shocking violation of basic health and safety standards. Never care about what you do don’t pick up the phone correct time and keeps transfer to different people and just disrespect by me keep calling and still not answer the phone and got mad when I keep calling they are very busy and don’t care about their patience just for a quick question
