It is such a pity how poorly people of color treat each other. Who monitors and supervises this facility?! It is incredibly unacceptable that a prospective patient is kept on hold for minutes on end with nothing more than a "please hold!" Right now a woman has answered the phone only to immediately say "please hold" then disappear then cut the call off after never coming back on the line for 15 minutes. Then take the phone off the hook. This is horrid behavior. The dental department needs a complete overhaul. They always do ... read more
