the office waiting room is extremely dirty. every seat looks like someone has had an accident in it multiple times. I visited once and the next day they called me to tell me they lost my blood draw sample and that i need to go in again. They were not willing to provide any explanation for it and were completely unapologetic about it. They just said “it happens sometimes.” After I let them know I was not going to return for a redraw, I was still sent a bill for the blood testing that never happened. Great clinic, very professional all around
I am so grateful to have found a doctor that listens to me, that makes an effort to understand my troubles, that takes action, and that checks in on me to ensure the action we’ve taken is the right one. Dr. Kim listens and shows he cares and I truly felt that while under his care. It took me roughly 5 years to bring up the courage to see a doctor again after a bad experience, and I’m beyond relieved and grateful I did. Thank you Dr. Kim!
I was late 11 mins to see doctor Park. Then the receptionist told me he is going to check if she can still see me after 5 mins he said you have to come another time. Really, come on.
Going to the Gastroenterologist is not in my top favorite things to do but Gotham Gastroenterology made my experience so easy! The front staff were kind and welcoming. I didn't have to wait long at all to see the doctor. Dr. Park was phenomenal! She is so kind and attentive. I felt heard and not rushed. She took time to really talk through what I was experiencing and what my options are. Gotham Gastroenterology is a great example of how medical offices should operate.
