Had a party of 11....the waitress NEVER came back to check on us to see how we were doing. We were there for 2 hours not because we liked being there but because it took over an hour to get our food and she never asked if we wanted our check, or boxes for our food, or anything. A half of a glass of water I was restricted to because she never checked up on us. Was I supposed to get up and go find her? Horrible service

I'm sorry about the service delay, Jim. If you were here on a busy night, it's possible that your waitress was checking on other tables. That doesn't mean you shouldn't have gotten the attentive service you deserve, though. We'd never intentionally disregard any of our guests, and we'll be going over your feedback with our staff to make sure we're always treating guests with the friendly, fast, attentive service we're known for. Great experience! We had a large party. They worked hard to supply a table for us. The waitresses were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being there and will most likely return. The food was good and they gave us plenty food, more than enough. Go by and check out the Diner.
