Warm, Friendly, Caring - the best vet an animal lover can ask for I've been going to Gotham for about 6 years. Dr. Weiner, Linda, and the entire staff at Gotham have given my dog so much love and care - they are the best!! My dog has had a number of sicknesses, and Dr. Weiner was really skilled at knowing what to do to treat him in the quickest and most pain-free way possible. Best Vet Ever! I used to live around the corner from the office. We brought both our Golden and Lab there and later we moved to Brooklyn and still brought them to see Dr Weiner because no other vet could compete. We later added 4 more dogs to our family and we still bring them to Dr Weiner. When our golden died our first lost in our family we brought him to the office because we did not know what to do. Absolutely wonderful! They were great. I was a new client, my cat had a problem and they stayed late to take care of him without rushing and were honestly concerned for my cat's well being and super nice. I highly recommend them. The Weiners are so nice & really care for you and your pet. They are truly honest, caring people and couldn't imagine taking my cats to anyone else.
GO TO ANY OTHER VET AND YOU ARE NOT GIVING YOU PET THE BEST CARE!!!! Dr. Weiner is the kind of vet that not only cares about the animals but will go to GREAT LENGTHS to make you feel comfortable. This was also a first for me: He actually CALLED ME a couple of days after my appointment just to see how my dog was doing and to get a progress report! THE VET SHOULD BE YOUR VET!!!
Friendly Family Vet I have only been to Gotham once after trying another Vet close by and had a wonderful experience with my new puppy. Dr. Weiner and his wife were not only fantastically friendly but Dr. Weiner was ready to take the time to make me and my dog feel comfortable. He listened carefully and let me ask a trillion silly questions, that he felt weren't silly at all. Great vet! His prices aren't bad, they're very reasonable. He and his wife are genuinely great people and it's obvious they love what they do.
The kind of doctor for your pet, that you'd want for your kid. One of our two pugs suddenly became very ill. We called the office at 930am, and was able to schedule an emergency visit immediately. Dr. Weiner made us feel comfortable, and explained to us exactly what was happening to our dog, and how to make him better. His bedside manor was as good as any human MD I've ever seen. Kindest vet... real New Yorker with a heart We've been going to Dr. Weiner for the past 5 years. We tried one other vet who really gouged us financially with unnecesary tests and bloated pricing, as well as a general lack-of-concern for our needs. The bohemian qualities of Dr. Ted & Linda Weiner definitely stand out. It is clear they love their work, and truly bond with the animals they are helping.
