Water heater died Thursday night at 9, Gotelli had a guy out there at 8 am replacing it. Sebastian worked till after 5 and got everything up and running that day. They did a great job.

Steve Smith, the plumber that came out was very personable. He explained what needed to be done, the cost (which I had misunderstood), did the repair, and in less than 15 min. Once I saw the bill I was in sticker shock and just paid it. The next day I called for a breakdown of the service, I did not receive a call back, but did get a text to rate the service call.
