They know what they're doing! – After going through a multitude of excuses with Drain Patrol, and three days after placing the initial call to them, I got fed up enough and called Leo Gotelli Plumbing. Leo himself was at the unit within 15 minutes, part in hand, fixing the problem. In no time, it was fixed with great professionalism and courtesy. Thank you Leo Gotelli!
