I’ve used this company twice now to purchase shutters, and both times have been a truly positive experience. The owner, Nathan, is very hands-on and makes sure everything is done right from start to finish. The process was smooth, professional, and the shutters look fantastic. It’s rare to find a business that delivers consistent quality and care, but this team absolutely does. Highly recommend!
The product was good, but we ran into numerous install issues.
We can't say enough good things about Gotcha Covered. Nathan delivered for us in every aspect of our new shades, including standing by the product and coming back two years after installation to take care of a problem that we basically caused with one of our motorized shades. He is absolutely good on his word and a delight to work with. You cannot go wrong with Gotcha Covered, and we are very particular about the businesses we work with.
We love our new custom drapes from Gotcha Covered of West Minneapolis! It was a pleasure working with Nathan. He was helpful, patient, and trustworthy. He led me to the perfect solution for our home, but never made me feel pressured or rushed. Overall, a really great experience and a quality, beautiful product. Highly recommend!
So easy to work with. Nathan set up a consult, picked out product, took measurements, and also set up a trouble shooting appointment for and already existing shade that wasn't working on a 20 foot high window, all in one shot. His install team was fast and professional. They got my new shade installed as well as fixed the one that wasn't working in under 2 hours. Highly recommend.
