Gotcha Covered did exactly what they said they would do for the shade in our newborn's room, which came out perfect! Hailey is the ultimate professional, and it was an absolute pleasure working with her and her team. Would highly recommend for anyone that is on the fence with another service or doing it themselves (not recommended haha).
Hailey was wonderful to work with. I’m a super busy mom executive and she worked with me whichever, whenever way possible. The end result was beyond my expectations. In person, the richness of the textures and materials is so luxurious but not stuffy or heavy which is what I wanted.
I LOVE my new drapes! I had a unique problem with light coming through the blinds and making stripes on my face during virtual calls for my job. The absolutely stunning and gorgeous custom drapes not only solved the problem, but made my home office a place of beauty. Hailey is so delightful to work with and was more than patient during the decision-making part. I am one happy customer- and happy to have any local people come see the window treatments in person, if they’d like to see the quality of their work.
Gotcha Covered did excellent work for us on custom shades for our sunroom and powder room. Hailey Handzel was very responsive to my initial request, listened to what I wanted and shared a number of ideas and options. The shades were installed yesterday, about 5 weeks after the consultation, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out and how well they were installed.
