It was an absolute pleasure working with Hailey at Gotcha Covered. Hailey was extremely helpful, knowledgable and very patient. She offered great advice on everything related to window coverings. The draperies, valances and drapery hardware are all high quality and they look beautiful. Her installers were very professional, and she supervised the entire installation. Gotcha Covered did exactly what they said they would do for the shade in our newborn's room, which came out perfect! Hailey is the ultimate professional, and it was an absolute pleasure working with her and her team. Would highly recommend for anyone that is on the fence with another service or doing it themselves (not recommended haha).
Hailey was wonderful to work with. I’m a super busy mom executive and she worked with me whichever, whenever way possible. The end result was beyond my expectations. In person, the richness of the textures and materials is so luxurious but not stuffy or heavy which is what I wanted.
