John Jr. really helped us select the right Roman shades for our home. We spent a lot of time going through materials and fabrics. John and his Dad did a great job on the install. It was quick and very clean. They were super respectful of our home. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome. In fact, so much so that we have decided to do the rest of the house. I highly recommend Gotcha Covered for your window covering needs.
WE ARE SO HAPPY!!!! We cannot be happier that we went with Gotcha Covered for our motorized blinds in our enclosed porch. John was nothing short of excellent. His time, detail, patience with all of our questions and concerns was nothing short of honest and professional. His recommendations gave us the room we always wanted and we took our time to decide if wanted to go motorized and we are so very happy we did. We cannot say enough of the excellent customer service that we received!
Gotcha covered did a great job on recommending blinds for our sunroom. John, Landon and John Sr are great to work with, very professional and are very meticulous in ensuring that everything fits exactly the way it’s supposed to. This is the 2nd time we have used Gotcha Covered and they have not disappointed. Would recommend John and company for any blind work that you need.
We had roller shades added to our Carolina room. John, Jr. was great and always professional. His prices were very reasonable. He looked out for our best interest as customers. We had some manufacturer problems, which caused our order to be delayed for a while. John stayed in touch with us through the whole process. Once delivered and installed, the shades look great! I would use them again, as well as recommend them.
Love my blinds! Great service and great prices. Highly recommended!
