I have contacted Tamara on 2 separate occasions for consultations on my window coverings. My experience was the same both times - friendly, timely expert advice with a range of options; after she asked me about my preferences. She really listened and came up with some great ideas. We purchased blinds from Tamara a few years ago and had a great experience. She made solid recommendations, including suggestions for an extra-large living room window. The blinds have held up very well over time and when we needed some for another room, it was an easy decision to call Gotcha Covered. This time Kyle provided the same great service, no pressure and great communication. We don't have any more windows that need coverings but if we did, we'd be back!
I almost forgot to write a review, but got your lovely Christmas gift and it reminded me. :) It was an absolute pleasure working with Kyle and his team at Gotcha Covered. No rushing me, gave me so many options, listened to what I needed and wanted, etc. Excellent service, installation and post install follow up. Honestly I can see why you guys get so many 5 star reviews!!! Will (and have) recommend you to others and will certainly come back for any window covering needs!
