Love our roller shades! Great quality, smooth installation & set up of app for the automated shades. They look amazing and we are very pleased. Service is fantastic.

Tamara Cluff at Gotcha Covered in St. Albert is amazing to work with! She really knows her stuff when it comes to blinds and window coverings, and she makes the whole process so simple. I am continually impressed by her variety of options—not just high-end choices, but great quality at different price points to fit any budget. I Highly recommend Gotcha Covered for expert advice, great service, and beautiful results! You will not be disappointed!!
I strongly suggest using any company other than Gotcha Covered. Tamara is a nightmare to deal with and her installer, Chase, is incredibly inexperienced and a flat out liar. Seems that if things are going well, the experience is good, but if it isn’t, watch out. One of the WORST business transactions I’ve had in as long as I can remember. I have no idea how this person and company has all these 5 star reviews, but it definitely makes me question the legitimacy of them.
