I strongly suggest using any company other than Gotcha Covered. Tamara is a nightmare to deal with and her installer, Chase, is incredibly inexperienced and a flat out liar. Seems that if things are going well, the experience is good, but if it isn’t, watch out. One of the WORST business transactions I’ve had in as long as I can remember. I have no idea how this person and company has all these 5 star reviews, but it definitely makes me question the legitimacy of them.

We really like the installed product and the purchase process was good. Our only issue was that our installations were rescheduled 4 times which caused us to have to move our schedules around a lot. After the installation was complete we noticed 2 drill holes that the installer did not tell us about. Although easily fixed we were a little frustrated. Nonetheless the folks at Gotcha Covered were very nice and took some off our bill for the inconvenience.
Tamara was amazing!! Her install crew fabulous!! And my blinds came with a special fresh baked focaccia bread!! What service.
