had issues since day 1 with the motorized blinds squeaking really bad. Emailed again because one of the ones they fixed started making a crazy noise again and told it will cost $150 service call. Issue started within first 8 months. Multiple calls for the same issue. We also realized the last guy that was here had to order something and we never heard from him again and we totally forgot about it until we started opening that particular blind again in summer.
I would give them 10 stars if I could. The Quality and sewing of the drapes was incredibly perfect. Tamara, the owner, is incredibly knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I have very high standards and they exceeded them.
