We really like the installed product and the purchase process was good. Our only issue was that our installations were rescheduled 4 times which caused us to have to move our schedules around a lot. After the installation was complete we noticed 2 drill holes that the installer did not tell us about. Although easily fixed we were a little frustrated. Nonetheless the folks at Gotcha Covered were very nice and took some off our bill for the inconvenience.
Tamara was amazing!! Her install crew fabulous!! And my blinds came with a special fresh baked focaccia bread!! What service.
We used Gotcha Covered for blinds in our new home and they were so great to work with. The blinds turned out fantastic and they have been very responsive with any minor things that have come up after the fact. Highly recommend!
