Also, we were in a rush to get our order installed by thanksgiving and Michael and Keith made sure our windows were ready 10 days before Thanksgiving!!! This was my first time ordering custom blinds, so I was nervous about how they were going to turn out. Michael (owner) eased my concerns with his timely responses to all my questions; I appreciate his sincerity throughout the process. Keith (installation technician) was also a pleasure to work with; he contacted me the day my blinds were delivered and installed them the same day to accommodate my schedule. Keith installs quickly and his work is thorough. My new blinds look great! Thanks team, for providing excellent service!
Michael was great! He came out to our house and gave us so many options-most popular, quickest turn around, colors, materials, most cost efficient, and made sure we were getting what we wanted. Keith came out to measure everything, and within about 6 weeks we had everything installed! We absolutely love our blinds and we highly recommend this company to anyone looking for blinds! We have motorized ones and on the bottom windows-bottom up or top down blinds!
