I wanted custom drapes for my newly built modern home. I had a general idea of what I wanted - the colors, look and style I was trying to achieve. I had had another competitor company come out and 5 plus grueling long hours later, I still was uncomfortable with the choices and colors and ideas presented or the finished look proposed. We love our shades! We purchased motorized for our master bedroom and manual for three spare rooms. They make the spaces look clean and modern. The motorized shades are so convenient and easy to operate both from the remote and phone app. Owners, Heather and Jason, as well as installation and support professional, George, were great to work with. They were all extremely friendly, professional, helpful and responsive.
Updated: Because they were professional and decided to inform how they work here, I changed my review. If I may give a tip, a main picture (fixed as the first) saying how the company works would be the best option in my opinion. ------- It's not a physical location, and they don't mention it. I missed the ride. it's just a house; there's no showroom. Google maps is for you to get directions of the place!!
