I have used Gotcha Covered of Great Falls twice and loved my experience both times! Everything was handled in a professional way and the products were great quality. I particularly like how they will work with you to figure out just the right product and that they are very mindful of your budget. There were no attempts to up-sell at all. I am very pleased with the items we selected. Everything looks fabulous. I highly recommend using Gotcha Covered!
Really enjoyed working with Linda. She's quite knowledgeable, listens carefully, and makes suggestions and gives advice when you need them. We love our window treatments and would definitely recommend both Gotcha Covered and Linda to others.
I wish I could give zero stars. Gotcha Covered of Great Falls looked promising at first. Linda, the owner, was warm and responsive, right up until she got my $1100 deposit. She promised a quote the next day, took several, then went radio silent until I chased her down. I had to follow up repeatedly just to get measurements scheduled.
