Rafael and Claudia are really great. I have used their services for 2 separate jobs, putting motorized roller shades in my family room and upstairs movie lounge. Both projects were a great experience from the initial consultation, to reviewing options and pricing, then placing the order. The blinds are a fabulous addition to the space. Claudia came over and took the time to show me several options for new window coverings. I really appreciated her help in making decisions because I had no idea what I was looking for. She sent me samples of the choices that I was trying to decide between. The whole installation process was seamless - Kendall came out and measured and then when the shades were ready, his installation was professional and knowledgeable. All in all, I am so happy with my shades!
Gotcha Covered is awesome to work with. I had looked at several other companies, but felt that Gotcha Covered was most reasonably priced, with a high quality product and really guided us through the process. There was no pressure to do the whole house all at once. The installs were timely and efficient. I would highly recommend them!
