We absolutely love the shade and window treatments that Gotcha Covered of Central Austin created for us. From the moment we met to ask for suggestions on window treatments they had excellent ideas and created a very attractive and sleek look for our living room. The price was affordable and delivered in a timely manner. We could not have been more pleased with the fabric choice, installation and quality. We highly recommend Claudia and Rafael!

I had a very poor experience with Gotcha Covered of Central Austin for window treatments and blind installation. I would strongly caution anyone in the Austin area considering this company. I worked directly with owner/operator Claudia Carrillo, and based on my experience, the project was mishandled from the start. The measurements for my window coverings were incorrect, which led to multiple blinds not fitting properly at installation. The installation itself made things significantly worse. Working with Rafael was absolutely great! The motorized/manual solar shades are beautiful and have given the house a great new look. The entire process was such a pleasant experience. He is a true professional and is patient, thorough, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He listens to your needs and helps you with the decision process.
