This review is late but I had wood floors installed 2years ago by another company. The wood started to bubble up and blister. The co. refused to come out to help me. This was just before the holidays. I found Jim through the internet. He came the next day and realized the wood was defective. He made suggestions to replace the floor. Needed original flooring replaced in a bedroom & a den. Jim worked tirelessly to find a color & a grain that would complement our main area. He was professional & punctual & an absolute pleasure to work with. His crew was equally impressive. On time, professional & clearly experienced...2 rooms, 3 hours & done! Perfection on all counts!!
I am writing this review just because of the quote I got from Jim! I did not end up going with him on my project because one of the other subs I have working on this project can do flooring as well. Wanted to keep it a little more simple, but Jim was straight forward and very communicative when talking to me about the project. Out of the 4 or 5 quotes for flooring I got, he was one of the lowest out there by probably $800-$1,000. Great job, excellent communication fast and very professional service
Jim came out and was able to give me a quote within a day. He offered me several dates and the team was finished in 2 days installing flooring throughout the kitchen, dining, living, and bathroom. From start to finish the process was flawless - leaving me with nothing to do but choose the flooring! Which he provided samples. Highly recommend!
