Great job on our window treatments!
One star only because I had to select at least one. First off, they were 30 minutes late for our initial consultation. When I called to see where they were, they said 'they were running late and were just getting ready to call me'. Took measurements on 12/10 and said they would email me the estimate no later than 12/13. Never received the quote even after I called them to let them know I was still waiting for it.
Would have given 0 stars if I could. The web site has wrong phone number, when you do call the correct number you get a voice mail with a man saying "sorry I missed your call" You don't know if you are talking to an employee or you dialed the wrong number. When a place of business answers the phone they should answer with the name of that business first. They or him (whoever I got) never did return my call By the way, I called several times during reg. business hours.
