I needed care following a car accident. Gotcare sent Susana, a PSW who provided all the assistance and assurance that I needed with showering and care for an Aspen collar. Susana is an outstanding PSW. She is knowledgeable and caring. I thoroughly enjoyed her company when she came to assist me in my home. I know she is studying to be a nurse and I'm sure she will by successful. She has all the qualities of a fine nurse. I wish her nothing but the best in the future. Thank you, Susana.
Having a cottage in Haliburton is a wonderful luxury, however when you can’t get help for a tetraplegic wife it’s tough to spend quality time there. Our contact with Carol changed all of that. Within a few days of conversations with Carol she found us a PSW who lived not 10 minutes from our cottage. We have now had 2 initial visits and Carol did indeed find us a gem. This now opens the door to more regular visits to the cottage with qualified help when we need it. Thank you Carol!
Gotcare was awesome to work with. Very casual and easy to communicate with. Communicated well with the client and prompt with paperwork and wages. It was great for picking up additional work that fit my schedule with people local. I will absolutely take another offer if they have something in my area.
