Sam and her team were amazing! I LOVE my system! And, a week after installation, I had an unrelated electrical issue happen, and Got Watts sent their team out to fix the issue, even though we WEREN'T in their normal service area! They had someone out here faster than expected, didn't charge me extra for traveling far, and they have been so.incredibly helpful the entire time! Not only would i recommend them, but if you get solar anywhere else, you are going to be missing out!

She helped us make the right equipment decisions and then stayed with us when needed through the whole installation and permission to operate process.
