I made the mistake of giving them a chance when a majority of the reviews about the company that I read were negative and showed that there were both serious issues and concerns with their properties, personnel, and how they operate as a whole. We are new tenants. The owner decided to sale to this company and it’s been a world wind to say the least. We have been without heat for 3 weeks now (going on 4 weeks). We were contacted (By Kim S. “The Property Manager” which says HER ONLY job is to tell residents to dos and don’t from the insurance perspective) that we can’t have a trampoline because their insurance company doesn’t cover that for the home (weird and a bit upset my husband took it down). We weren’t even notified that someone would be coming to look around o... read more
My wife and I have been without heat for the majority of November, it’s been 25-35 degrees outside and our house has been freezing. We have been in constant communication with the the property manager Kim, the company she works for “Got properties “ and the company they hired to fix the problem. When I called the heating company to see if they would be by to finish the work, they told me that they were still waiting on the owner to approve the work.
