My water heater went out yesterday. This morning I began the tedious chore of trying to find someone within what I thought was a reasonable budget. The first company came out and gave me a quote that shocked me. Then to Lowes, they sent their installers out and they were out of budget. My realtor gave me info for Got Plumbing. I called them about 2:30, sent info on what I had. They were at my home and installed the water heater by 4:30. No license plate, speeding, and no turn signals.
I wish I could give my experience with their work but they no called no showed twice and today would be day 3. If they read this, I've dealt with many companies and a simple "we're running behind" or "can't make it" does wonders. Luckily I didn't have an emergency.
