This place is a joke. I wrote them a 60 day notice that I was moving out with a return receipt and everything. Cleaned the house perfectly which I have pictures of just to get a letter in the mail to say they are suing me for breaking my lease which I didn't. I lived in the house for 2 years which when I moved in I was told it was a 2 year lease with the option to buy after the second year which I didn't want to do because the lease was changed to rental and the house note webt up from 1,375. to 1,900.00 amonth. We have been with this company for years!! We love them they are very easy to work with!! Pay your rent on time and you will not have a problem!! It’s crazy people can just leave a bad review because they don’t pay their bills!! This is our 3rd house with them!! So keep your house cleaned pay your rent and do your house Expections you will be good it’s not that hard !!! We love Anthony and Charisse!! So like I said pay your bills
I’m seeing so many post about this company, and let me say in the beginning it wasn’t the best but we have been with them for YEARS like over 10 years! And we haven’t had a problem with them, we had our ac go out it was the 4th of July weekend, they took it off my rent!! Every time something has happened with the house it’s handled!! They are very easy to deal with, this is our 3rd house with this company!!!
I was approved for a home but the lady never followed up with how to pay deposit or anything in the home! I’ve been reaching out constantly and no response this was very much unprofessional
