I couldn’t find my review!! I don’t understand why they have so many negative things to say about this company, but this is our 3rd house with them!!! Let me tell you and we LOVE LOVE LOVE them, we pay our rent on time Anthony and Cherie are amazing along with the gentleman that comes out and does our house inspection.. the house we are in now we have live 6 years and when our lease is up in February, we will be signing a new lease with them!! Do not apply for any homes for this company! I applied for a home in Georgia. They are an application scam. They take your application fee and do not reach back out to you. This home has 29 contacts applied through Zillow and have not leased this home to not one applicant. You cannot contact them. National ERA Servicing, stop being so lazy!
Textbook definition of soulless corporate landlords. The agent, Michelle Asmond fits that role well and is incompetent and not thorough. Clear error made as I got denied even though I made over 3x the rent, with perfect credit AND a perfect rental ledger at a home MORE expensive than the one I was applying to. Denied my Co applicant because of their credit, but also with a perfect rental ledger. Refused to do a manual review. Typical lazy, automated systems that lose good customers. I’ve been renting from this company for years the property I just moved from nice I fell down the stairs my first year there I was out of work for long time but was still able to pay my rent when I tell you MeMe Jenkins is the best she checked on me from time to time if I needed to pay my rent late MeMe made sure she updated my account. This place is a joke. I wrote them a 60 day notice that I was moving out with a return receipt and everything. Cleaned the house perfectly which I have pictures of just to get a letter in the mail to say they are suing me for breaking my lease which I didn't. I lived in the house for 2 years which when I moved in I was told it was a 2 year lease with the option to buy after the second year which I didn't want to do because the lease was changed to rental and the house note webt up from 1,375. to 1,900.00 amonth.
