I am a neighbor to one of these properties. With a rotting tree next to my property falling into my yard. As you can read the words below...it is a long road. Just read what Mr. Anthony Salmeri quote "I am not avoiding your have your calls flagged. I couldn’t answer. Nice message. Do what you need to do. Why would you put a playground under a tree? It's a legitimate rent to own company. However, if you're late on one payment, you forfeit your option to buy, but you're still locked into a 3 year contract. Either way, you have to maintain the property as if it were your own. If you call the company for any assistance with the property, you have to pay a $75 fee.
Sherice Martin is our property manager and is the worst with speaking to individuals with respect . She is rude and always has a snappy tone . We have put in a request for maintenance almost 10 days ago and have not received and reply , I have emailed and called several times with no response !
UPDATE!!!!!!!’ We are still having issues with flooding. We can’t wait until our lease is over please don’t rent from them, they will never do right by you!!!!!! We have rented through this company for years!! 7 years!! This year has been probably the worst year ever that we have dealt with them!! The phones never work you can never get a hold of anyone to do a maintenance request!! Or when you pay for something they don’t send contractors that here to do the job! I WOULD NEVER rent from this company, ever we only have 7 more months and I can’t wait to get out! You have to pay 75 for them to fix their own stuff
