Scott saved the day! In the middle of a complete plumbing reroute with several sections of collapsed cast iron and concrete pipe we discovered a significant pool leak and needed help while the trenches were still open. I literally called 5 leak detection companies and all were booked out for at least 3 weeks. Got Leaks was also booked but later that evening I got a call that given the circumstances they could fit in our situation. Scott came out found the leaks in the pool and then took a over a month to get them out to perform the repairs. Once the replaced the skimmer the leak has gotten way worse to the point of having standing water in the yard. I have reached out several times and he said he would be out on the 2nd but no show and no call. I have texted Scott several times and not getting a response from him. I do not recommend this company for any of your pool repairs.
Scott was great! We went through a couple of pool techs before we found Scott and they couldn’t find the problem. Scott was able to tell us what the issue was and he got us fixed up. Great guy, great service, and very affordable compared to what others would charge for the same service. Highly recommend!
Scott has been super helpful at trying to get to the bottom of a 2 year problem with our spa since the freeze, when everyone else has wiped their hand of it.. He was recommended to us by one of the many people that came out.. Highly Highly, Highly recommend.
Called last minute to tell me he wasn’t going to make it. Waited almost 2 months for this!? There were times I tried to call for updates but calls were unreturned for a week and he said he was on vacation.
