This company is completely dishonest, and my experience with Kiran was appalling, to say the least. Don't be fooled by what Kiran promises when she gives you the quote. I've just filed a Yelp claim against this business because there's no point trying to resolve it with someone so unprofessional. No consideration or respect for people whatsoever. Terrible manners and incredibly disrespectful and condescending owners/managers.
First time ever using Got It Maid - I called a week ago and scheduled an appointment for today. Melissa and Crystal showed up right on time and were so polite and sweet. We were in desperate need of a cleaning and they did an incredible job! We're very happy to have found our new cleaning service.
