Did not provide the flowers that were ordered for a funeral that was precious to my friend Hideko! Then would not provide a refund either! Owner is very rude and unsympathetic.

Unbelievable experience! I called to see if I could stop by to just buy one sunflower and was informed they were closing in 15 mins due to the weather and bridges being closed. I told her I didn’t think I would be able to make it on time. I’m so sorry I forgot to get the name of this person but she said come on by. Absolute beautiful human being. She was so sweet and helpful!

I paid entirely to much for a basic 101 design I requested fabulous. Their store sticker was on the Bow! Advertising themselves! A specific flower I requested not be in the basket arrangement was - 2 flowers that were to be unique- 1- “oh we were out - Orchids. 1- They’re in there you just can’t see them. (White & Green hydrangeas) I truly made sure she had MORE of a budget than needed for the flowers & design. Looks soooooo basic. Didn’t get to see in person but NEVER again.
