Good service, electricians efficient and friendly. Company charges a 3 1/2 % surcharge for credit card use which is not a plus.But the flexibility of electricians in finding solution for mismatched smoke detectors would probably send me back to them in future.

We are glad that our electricians found a solution for the mismatched smoke detectors and provided you with efficient, friendly and good service.
They knew how old our generator was before they came out (they had the model number). They were called out to service the unit. After one hour no servicing was done. I can't rate the work since none was done. They did give me the name of another contractor's was left a message and never called back. All this for $160. Will not use Got or home advisor ever again.
When I set up the appointment, I was given a 2 hour arrival window of 12 to 2 pm. I received a call at 11:30 saying the team was on its way and would arrive in approximately 30 minutes. The team arrived promptly, put out its own rug so as not to muddy my carpet. They worked quickly and efficiently - the ultimate in professionals.
Prompt. In fact thy were early. Good work done as far as I can tell.
Company was responsive to my request for service since my time was limited. They were able to evaluate the problem with our ceiling fixture and eliminated more costly wiring problems. Prompt and courteous. They were expensive but I would call them again for future work.
Very reliable and good to work with
The electricians were able to diagnose thermostat problem rather than replacing attic fan. They were prompt, courteous and just good guys. I highly recommend Got Electric.
