Bob gave me great tips to market my house. What to clean up. And what to add...We had several conversations based on the market and listed my house appropriately for the price. The marketing strategy was great for my situation. I was not local, but I found a great cleaning lady and refuse company nearby that were invaluable to making my home ready for sale. Bob made my experience much better than I anticipated.
Bob helped my partner and I buy our first house! We got intimidated by the market for a while and stepped away, but he kept us in mind and reached out when he was selling a bank-owned property that wound up being a perfect fit for us. He was responsive and extremely helpful, even doing some light repairs to make sure the property would work for us. We would still be renting if Bob hadn't been looking out for us and helping through the process! Thank you so much Bob!!!
Bob is one of the most caring Realtors I have ever worked with. He was adamant on finding my first home and that it fit my needs. If you want someone that cares and will go out of their way to get you what you want, this is the man. Not to mention, he's a Veteran and knows where you need to look for help from the VA as well as knowing who to talk to about certain things. Bob brings not only a ton of knowledge while inspecting homes with the client but also respects your requirements/needs and or your wishes are for your future property . He does not try to push you into something that is not what you want or can’t afford . He and his wife both went way beyond the role of any agent , they truly care about the client . I consider them my friends now and will always refer a potential buyer to them because they are really good people who are great at what they do❤️
