I went to the Worcester location for my son and it was great! The only thing is he’s 10 and I just wanted the free glasses from masshealth and they don’t carry them in that location and was told go to Webster so I haven’t been able to get them because I need to work and their only Open 2 days a week
I come here for my yearly exam because they accept my insurance. The people are very friendly, the office is in a basement type area and isn't the cleanest looking.
Went to the Webster location today to pick out my frames. Melissa was awesome! She went above and beyond! Very nice staff.
