Decided to take grandson to the Oxford site for exam and glasses. He has to go to the Webster office to get glasses. But he can get his exam in Oxford. That’s just dumb. He has Mass Healrh and everyone treats people who have Mass Health different. Finding a new place soon

I went to the Worcester location for my son and it was great! The only thing is he’s 10 and I just wanted the free glasses from masshealth and they don’t carry them in that location and was told go to Webster so I haven’t been able to get them because I need to work and their only Open 2 days a week
I come here for my yearly exam because they accept my insurance. The people are very friendly, the office is in a basement type area and isn't the cleanest looking.
