Dr. Arcelin is one of the best physician that I have encountered. He is also a very knowledgeable and skilled surgeon. He has a great rapport with his patients. Dr. Arcelin is highly recommended.
Dr. Arcelin performed my surgery about a week ago. He is excellent! Great bedside manners, very patient and understanding. Awesome doctor!!! The staff can use a little help with being much nicer though.
