She was hired because of a custody dispute between my sister and her child’s father. Richelle assured us of everything but insisted paying $800+ in cash. Once receiving the money she became distant. Then when my sister would call to ask about details she couldn’t remember who my sister was or any details about the case and that she would have to check it out once she was back in the office. Dealing with a custody issue, she insisted that we pay cash of $800 and she quickly started avoiding phone calls and was too busy to talk to us. She could never remember any details about the case nor even her client's name. She didnt even file the papers she said she would file. After trying to find out what she actually had done for us, she stopped answering all phone calls and forwards them to voicemail. She is a thief and a scammer. Do not trust this woman.
