If I could give a negative one I would. This company gave me a $32 check out of a $1150 deposit. I moved out on February 4th cut the grass a few days before I moved and then they charged me $125 for getting the grass cut March 4th. They charged me $300 for cleaning the kitchen which is a lie because that house was super clean when we moved out the only thing I didn't replace was the burner things which is normal wear from when I cook.
