First time I went for a pedicure and manicure . They were able to take me in on a walk in and everything went well
i haven’t been here in over a year but my experience was so negative with one of the nail techs i feel the need to share. she asked me to do the dip and when i said no thank you (last time i said yes she did a horribly messy job) she seemed to take offense. she rounded my toe nail shape which is a big no no as it can cause ingrown toe nails and im very certain she knew this. she then criticized my nail color and my choice to get my nails cut short. it was such a weird and passive aggressive experience. i was so uncomfortable... read more
Considering I paid about $90 for nail extensions, this was a very disappointing experience. The next day my nails developed bubbles. I had to return and spend another 1.5 hours at the salon while they redid them because they said the brand they used was defective. Despite that, the very next day one of the nails completely fell off. For the price and time spent, I expected much better quality.
Update: I received a call from the manager. He apologized for the service & offered to fix it for free. I did not have time to go back that week. I just went again after two weeks & Bella did a very nice job on my manicure and pedicure. I am a regular & will continue to visit. I got a no-chip (gel) manicure for $45 by Bella on Saturday. The polish is chipping off on Sunday. Didn’t even make it 24 hours!
