I have so many good things to say about Gossip Nails in Bristow! I have been going there for several months with my best friend and we have always had a great experience. Ann and Chris are perfectionists who constantly make my nails look fantastic. Mimi is also very good and many people request her for appointments. I get builders gel on my hands and they last for over 2-3 weeks. There are so many nail colors to choose from and the massage chairs are exceptional!

The service for my pedicure was great but when it came to my manicure i asked for square cut french tip but got square cut solid color. The manicure was rushed and looks sloppy and thick. Some nails were overpainted leaving polish on my skin while other nails aren’t fully painted.

I spent $75 (including tip) on a set of dip nails that barely lasted over a week before breaking. I returned to the salon hoping they would make things right, but the manager refused to meet me halfway and only offered a 20% discount. As a former business owner, I understand the importance of customer service—and unfortunately, that was clearly lacking in this experience. Thaivy did amazing on my Gel X nails. So creative. Kim also did an amazing job on my pedi, she took the time needed and I was fully relaxed!
