I spent $75 (including tip) on a set of dip nails that barely lasted over a week before breaking. I returned to the salon hoping they would make things right, but the manager refused to meet me halfway and only offered a 20% discount. Thaivy did amazing on my Gel X nails. So creative. Kim also did an amazing job on my pedi, she took the time needed and I was fully relaxed!
I rarely leave negative reviews. However I was highly disappointed with my first experience at this new location. In the 20 years that I habe been going to various nail salons, I have never been turned away. I've been asked to wait with an approximate time (even if it's an hour or so). On their website and on their door it states walk ins are welcome. So when I went for a pedicure on Saturday I was told there was no availability and asked if we could return at a later time. Classic pedi. Spent about 15 mins max on my feet before polish. Not worth it for the $38 price tag. No real massage. Place is nice/clean. Maybe you need a timer
